Refund policy
Standard (Non-Customised) Products
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral-care and clinic-hygiene products cannot be returned.
- To start a return, email mail@greenguava.in with your order number and photos of the product.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Customized / Made-to-Order Products (Clinic Branding)
Products personalised with your clinic or doctor name, logo, or other engraving (including all Clinic Branding products and clinic kits) are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product arrives damaged or the customisation differs from the design you approved.
Production begins only after your final design approval, so please review your proof carefully before approving it.
Cancellations
- Standard orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Customised orders can be cancelled free of charge only before design approval. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
