1. General
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. This store, Green Guava, is operated by Dental Fruits (a registered partnership firm) ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order will apply.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing batches.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or limit any order where necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason.
  • If an order is cancelled by us after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Customized Products
For customized products, including Clinic Branding products:

  • You confirm that you own or are authorized to use any logo, artwork, clinic name, doctor name, or other content you submit, and you agree to indemnify Green Guava against any third-party claim arising from that content.
  • You are responsible for verifying all spellings, designs, and details before giving final approval.
  • Production begins only after your final approval.
  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors made by Green Guava.
  • Minimum order quantities apply wherever mentioned on the product page.

5. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Green Guava and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Customer-submitted logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for fulfilling the requested order.

6. Limitation of Liability
Green Guava products are intended for hygiene and clinic-support purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or dental advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
